Delivery

Collieco currently delivers within Australia and Internationally. Please allow 3-14 working days for delivery within Australia, from receipt of payment. Delivery within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $12 AUD for orders under $100.00, and at a flat rate of $15 AUD for orders $100.00 - $199.99 AUD, and all orders $200.00 AUD and above, delivery will be charged at a Flate Rate of $20.00.

Delivery time and postal charges for all International Deliveries (Outside of Australia) will be advised once order is completed, or feel free to contact us to quote on International Delivery costs.

Prices and Payment

Payments can be made by Paypal, Direct Debit or Australia Post Money Order. Please note goods will only be sent once payment has been received in full, and cleared. All prices are in $AUD and include GST. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices.

Returns Policy

Collieco is committed to customer satisfaction. We are happy to provide a refund should your goods arrive in faulty condition or you are not happy with your purchase, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will refund the cost of the item purchased, but please note that postage and return delivery costs are not reimbursed. For your return to be accepted all items must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused. If for any reason you receive an item that has arrived to you broken, we will gladly exchange it for you once you have notified us and returned it, though we do take every care to protect the goods during transit to you.

Collieco (collieco.com.au) is governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, and it is by this legal jurisdiction that any agreement/purchase you enter into with Collieco will be subject to.
